• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days depending on your delivery location and distance from our fulfillment hub.
• Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Flat nominal shipping fee of ₹60.00 (or free shipping on promotional offers & Diamond tier rewards).
• Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): Requires a 25% advance payment online to confirm order authenticity, with the remaining 75% payable in cash/UPI upon delivery. Shipping charge is ₹100.00.
• Product Authenticity: All products are 100% authentic, tamper-sealed, and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors.
