Shipping & Delivery
  • We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message from our shipping partner, Shiprocket. This message will include a tracking link that you can use to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Returns & Refunds
  • We have a 3-day return policy for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • How do I initiate a return?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Partial COD orders, the 10% advance will be refunded to your UPI account or bank account.
