1. Membership Tiers & Benefits:
Membership is free. Your tier is based on total Lifetime Points earned.

2. Earning Points:
- Base Rate: 2 points for every Rs 10 spent on eligible products.
- Multipliers: Higher tiers receive higher point multipliers.
- Calculation: Points are calculated on final order value after discounts/coupons, excluding shipping and taxes.
- Welcome Bonus: New accounts get 250 points after successful OTP verification.
3. Redeeming Points (Cash-Back Value):
- Point Value: 10 Points = Rs 1
- Redemption Caps: Tier-based cap from 20% to 100% of order value.
- Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
4. Google Merchant Center Compliance & Limitations:
- No Hidden Fees: No subscription fee to join or maintain any tier.
- Expiration: Points valid for 365 days from issuance date.
- Returns & Cancellations: Earned points may be reversed; redeemed points are refunded to account.
- Point Accrual: Points move from pending to active 7 days after successful delivery.
5. Free Delivery Terms:
- Single-Use Perks (Silver to Platinum): Free delivery is one-time and applies to the next qualifying order after reaching tier.
- Lifetime Free Delivery (Diamond): Applies on standard shipping within India. Minimum order value may apply.
6. General Conditions:
- Anikmart may modify or terminate the loyalty program anytime.
- Abuse/fraud/multiple accounts can lead to termination and forfeiture of points.
